There is a clean lake with a sandy beach and a forest rich in mushrooms and berries next to the stead. The house has a fireplace room, TV, bathroom and shower, equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, electric kettle, dishes. There is a large gazebo with barbecue, where you can have a picnic. Visitors will be offered boat rides on catamarans, fascinating excursions to Zhirovitsky monastery, Synkovichi fortress church. Rules of accommodation and safety The guests are obliged to: Observe silence from 23:00 to 7:00 (do not disturb the peace of the neighbors); Take care of the property of the agroecological estate; Observe fire safety regulations (do not smoke indoors, do not use an open fire without permission); Comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements (separate garbage collection, cleanliness); Use water and electricity sparingly; Inform about the availability of pets before booking. Prohibited: Accommodation in excess of the stated number of persons (without approval); Holding noisy events (discos, weddings) without prior approval; Violation of public order and the requirements of local authorities. Responsibility: For the loss or damage of property, the cost of restoration is charged in accordance with the law. For violation of the safety rules, the contractor has the right to refuse further provision of services without refund.
